How is VIP different from Coinz Back?
Two separate systems. Coinz Back gives you a percentage of every SC bet back as SC, continuously, based on your purchase history. VIP is a points-based ladder driven by your gameplay — you earn points on every bet and unlock bonus perks (free spins, cash bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback) when you level up.
How do I earn points?
Every bet you make adds points. SC bets count fully; GC bets convert at a fraction. Deposits don't add points (those drive your Coinz Back tier instead).
What if I stop playing?
Your level is permanent — auto-progression never demotes you. Manual demotions can happen by operator action, but in that case your already-activated bonuses aren't taken back.
When do I get the weekly perks?
Every Friday at 12:00 UTC. The system fans out per level, then per player, applying your level's weekly perks once per ISO week.
