By your lifetime SC purchase amount. Tiers carry forward — once you've earned a tier, you keep it (unless your tier set is rolling, which checks the last N days instead).
What happens if I don't deposit for a while?
Your rebate quietly drops to the tier's "inactive rate" after 7 days without a successful deposit. The bar still ticks, just slower. A new purchase puts you back on the active rate immediately.
When can I collect?
